Picture in Picture Live mode

It would be awesome to watch a camera live while using other apps on the phone, like you can when watching a Picture in Picture with a video already recorded.

    With Samsung SmartThings i can get a live view of my ring. Just view the ring camera through SmartThings app and allow that app permission to use picture in picture. works on my Tab S8+
