Phone not receiving alerts wife’s phone will not let her accept the invite

My wife’s ring app had been working fine. After about year 3 it stooped all together. My phone will Only get an alert if the button is pushed. It will no longer alerts motion after resting the app and the door bell it still does the same thing. When I send my wife an invite it send the email but when she clicks the invite it ask for an email and password. She uses the one we wrote down it states it wrong. I have no idea what the next step should be.
