Is there a way to make a call through the camera? Like "I've fallen, call Millie". I was sure this was a feature but I can't figure out how to do it.

Hi @dragynmyrlin. The Live View can't be activated by speaking into a Ring Camera or Doorbell, it would be activated from the Ring app. If your Ring Camera or Doorbell detects motion, this will send a push notification to your phone where the Ring app is installed. This will be a regular push notification and cannot come through as a phone call. If you have the [Ring Protect Pro plan](https://ring.com/protect-pro), you can utilize the [SOS feature](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360027347372-Requesting-Help-With-SOS) for Cameras to request immediate police, fire department, or medical dispatch to your device’s location in an emergency. If you have an Alexa device, such as an Echo Dot or Echo Show, you can look into using an Alexa Routine. You can set up a Routine where the trigger is a voice command, and the action is to make a call. You will need to link a compatible carrier account in the Communication settings of the Alexa app, which looks to be AT&T, Skype, T-Mobile, or Verizon. You can learn more [here](https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GEC6XC297YU93LDA) to see if this would work for your situation. I hope this helps answer your questions.
