So I purchased two products 2 weeks ago for Xmas presents
Yesterday Black Friday reduced the price
I contacted customer service who told me they would not refund the difference and I would have to send back the two products for a refund and then order the same products to get the reduced price !!
I spoke to Ahmed on chat who agreed with me that it was ridiculous
I then spoke to Mohammed a shift manager who said the same
I asked for a senior manager to call me urgently as this is penalising me as a loyal customer!
Ahmed and Mohammed promised to email a copy of the chat and our conversation and I’ve received nothing.
Also, no senior manager call was received as promised
Ring policy is really broken here, surely any empowered senior manager or director can see this is ridiculous! They are penalising me for being within 30 day return and missing the price reduction
Ring management please help!? This is crazy, the products are wrapped for Xmas, to send them back would be stupid and costly.
This whole experience has put me off Ring and I will leave the service if not resolved urgently!
