Been trying to set up a payment plan but all the site keeps saying looks like your new ! welcome to ring bla bla bla no I just want to pay my plan

Hi @paul1963. Try using a different web browser and ensure you’re signed into the correct Ring account that you’ve added your Ring devices to.
