Payment plan protect plus

Question

I have doorbell that I have subscribed and paying year fee of 39 euro with Protect Basic Account. I have now installed flood light camera and i subscribed to Protect Plus which covers both doorbell and flood light camera and got charged 100 euro. Since I had already paid for door bell , should I get the reimbursement of 39 euro?
