Payment in sterling

Hi I want to pay for Basic subscription but it only shows USA Dollars. I have contacted Ring twice and they said they would correct the payment into sterling. And that they would email me please can this be sorted. I have change the country to the UK but it makes no difference to the payment in that Dollars is still shown. Thanks Mike
