Hi @Laurahardwick. Ring Protect plans are billed either monthly or annually. If you need to cancel a Ring Protect plan, you can do so by following the steps here. You’ll receive a prorated refund for any unused time on your plan. For any issues with your Ring Protect plan or billing details, please follow up with our support team for further assistance.
