One of my smart pathlight went offline however the light still can turn on if there is motion detected. I could not get it to go online to control or setup from app. I have tried multiple steps below:
- Changed battery, still offline.
- Unplugged bridge and reconnected, still offline.
- Removed and added back, still offline.
Any idea what is the problem here? Thanks.
Hi @phamphon1985. Those were excellent troubleshooting steps to try for your concern. You also want to try to reset your Pathlight and then reconnect it. To reset it, hold the reset button in the battery compartment for 15 seconds. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
