My Pan/Tilt Mount on my Stick-Up Cam has not worked properly in over 6 months. Specifically, when I try to set the home position the video does not update and the stream disconnects. Sometimes the home position is changed and sometimes it doesn’t. If I look at the live stream and try to move the camera the video usually freezes and eventually disconnects When I review the recorded stream sometimes I see where the pan.tilt mount camera moved, but I never get to see that live. Ring customer support failed to help me because my camera /mount was out of warranty. Can anyone help me? Thanks.
