My wife is the “owner” of our ring video doorbell Pro, however, she can no longer access the account or change any of the settings as the email that was associated with the account no longer exists. So anytime she try’s to reset the password the information goes to the email that no longer exists. I am a shared user however, I am unable to make any changes. What can we do so that she can either remain the owner or so that I can become the owner and make her a shared user? Thank you for your help!!
