Owner access code

Can anyone tell me how to change the owner access code? Ring has info about changing these codes for everyone else but the owner. Thank you.

Hi @user63670. Follow these steps to do so:

  1. Open the Ring app.
  2. Tap the top menu (≡).
  3. Make sure you’re on the right Location setting, then tap Settings
  4. Tap Users & Pets.
  5. Tap your name which should be under Owner
  6. Tap Reset Access Code.
  • Enter a four-digit code, then re-enter the code.
  1. Tap Done.
  2. Tap Save.
