Over Charged

I received and email saying my subscription was going to expire on 29th and that its £34.99 to renew.

Having just been paid after this date I logged into my account from the email and saw my payment method had been removed so I added it back. The only cost I could see that Ring were advising is £34.99, in their email and in a general info section within My Account, so clicked the link to add my card.

I thought it weird there was nowhere on the actual page I added my card, to say 'you are about to pay ‘xyx’ for ‘how everlong’ it was a very basic page just to add a payment method. Moments later I’ve been charged £59.95!? Can you please explain where this random number came from? It was not previously advised and I’d like to resolve the issue. This is not what I was lead to believe it would cost, from the email or my account portal.

I’ve tried to use the Zendesk help centre link I saw in another post but it’s telling me my credentials are wrong, even though I used the same details to log in and write this post :thinking:. I don’t have any other login details.

If someone could get in touch that’d be much appreciated.
