Outdoor Camera Pro not connecting

Hi There,

I have two battery operated outdoor cameras (Outdoor Camera Po) which are not connecting to the Chimes pro network or my Wifi directly. I recently changed WiFi provider and have a new Router. The blue light flashes but no luck in connecting. Please help troubleshoot.

Hi @shankez. I would recommend trying the following steps for your concern:

  • Reboot your Cameras by pressing and holding the setup button on them for 20–25 seconds.

  • Reboot your router by unplugging it from power for a few seconds and plugging it back in.

  • If possible, bring one of your Cameras into the same room as the router to try and complete the setup.

  • Try using a different phone or tablet to complete your setup.
