Order Confirmed but no tracking

I have ordered a product from the ring shop during your black friday sales. The order is marked as ‘confirmed’ and I have an email that says ‘we’re getting it ready’ but the same email says that the order has been dispatched and provides a courier company tracking number.
The tracking number for the courier company is incorrect and does not register on their system. The ‘get help’ button on the Ring email leads to a ‘do not reply’ email address for some unknown reason.
I have phoned once and emailed what I understand to be a customer service email twice but have had no response.
Please respond and provide a correct email address for a member of the ring shop customer service team.
