Only chime pro works with Comcast XV6 modem. After troubleshooting for multiple hours with ring and Comcast, I found the right representative at Comcast to explained that the X V6 modem they’ve upgraded to have 500 Mb or gig connectivity does not work with the old chime but only the Chime pro. I am returning both of the chimes I purchased and have troubleshoot it and getting the chime pro. It would be nice if rain technical support knew about this.
