Please also let us know if your building has two lobby panels that both grant access to the building and if your handset has more than one unlock button. We look forward to hearing back from you.

Actually, my handset unlock the door only if I "open" the video/audio link to the main door and second door. Yes, my building have a main entrace with a panel and than a second door for stairs with another panel. Finally, my handset have only one button for unlock both doors. ThankYou

Same situation ! I Bticino 2wires…344502 two doors /doorbells and 1 ring. when you can improve the software giving the possibli to add another "command" in the same configuration? thanks
