We purchased a home this year which had a hardwired spotlight cam overlooking the driveway. After climing up to try scanning the QR code to add to our profile, we found it only had bar codes and no sign of a PIN or other identifying info.
Without a PIN or QR, is there any way to use the barcode to identify and add this?
Hi @t.lanza. During the setup process, when it asks you to scan the QR code on your device, you should be able to tap “Other Options” on the screen. Tapping this will provide you with the choice to scan a barcode instead. If that doesn’t work for you, please get in touch with our support team to see what other options are available.
