Old ring camera was broken so bought another, can I transfer my subscription?

So my first camera I paid for a subscription but it got broken. So I bought a new one. How do I transfer my years subscription I paid to the new device please?

Hi @user78216. In this situation, you’ll want to cancel your existing Ring Protect plan, then subscribe to a new plan for your new Ring Doorbell or Camera. You’ll receive a prorated refund to the payment method on your account for the canceled plan. Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.
