Next, please consider any interferences in the immediate area (large electronics/ appliances). Checking your [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229) in the Ring app is a great way to confirm wifi signal strength. If this concern persists despite checking the above, try a reset on the Camera by holding the setup button for 20 seconds.
