For some reason my ring 3 doorbell and side camera have stopped making a sound on my phone. The video is recorded but I’m not getting any alerts. Hope this make sense.
Hi @Viv21. I would first make sure that your Ring app is up to date. Next, we have some great Help Center articles for troubleshooting your Notifications depending on if you are using an Android or an iPhone. If those don’t seem to help, you can try to uninstall the Ring app, reboot your phone, then reinstall the Ring App. I hope this information is useful!
