Notifications when someone at my door

troubleshooting

When I first had my Ring.com, I used to get notifications saying “someone is at your door” wherever I was, it now seems to have stopped. Has something changed? I have checked the motion button and I have clicked on the one that advises me someone at your door but it still doesnt advise me. Any help please?
