Hi @Mario94. When you press on a notification from a past event, it should take you to the recording for you to view. If not, make sure your Ring app is up-to-date with the latest update available. If it is up-to-date, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Ring app to see if it helps. Before removing the Ring app, make sure your [phone is compatible with the latest version of the app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4812209807124-Mobile-Device-Compatibility-and-the-Ring-App), or else you will not be able to install the app again.
