I keep setting up notifications in Safari. I subscribe to Web Push Notifications, select all my cameras, Save. Log Out of my account. The next time I log into my ring account, all the notification settings revert back to OFF. What am I missing. Thank you
Hi @user36255. Do you have any settings on your web browser to automatically clear your cache or data? If so, this could be why the settings are clearing each time you log back in. I’d recommend reviewing your browser settings, as well as making sure your browser is fully updated.
