How do I get my phone to alert me when there is motion or a ring ?
The notification setting are in the Ring app . . . but also make sure your phone is set to allow notifications from the app, in iOS look in settings/notifications.
It also depends on the type of phone your using. Im a Anroid User and switched from LG Stylo 4 to a Alcatel 3V and i noticed with both phones near each other, only the LG gets Notifications even though the 3V is setup to receive them.
