Notification

I bought the device recently, it doesn’t send me any notifications if someone press the bell on, I did check my phone, everything as it should be.
What should I do?

Even though you checked your phone and found the Notifications toggles in the correct position/setting, you should toggle them OFF and then back ON to ‘resend’ your notification settings to the main Ring Server. It is possible sometimes that your phone can display the correct settings but your stored saved settings are different at the main Ring Server. Also below is a link that explains the Notification setting and also contains additional information for trouble-shooting your phone (both Apple and Android).
