If you have an iOS device, try the troubleshooting steps listed [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210266406-Troubleshooting-Ring-Notifications-for-Apple-iOS-Devices) to resolve any notification issues. For Android devices, try the steps [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211676423-How-to-Troubleshoot-Ring-Notification-Issues-for-Android-Devices) instead. Make sure you have given the Ring app permission to send notifications in your phone's settings, and ensure you do not have any notification suppressing modes or settings enabled.
