Notification to/for visitor

Many times visitors come to the door without ringing the doorbell. Then they walk away. Either it was a legitimate visit delivering something or a dubious visit. I'd like to find a way for them to hear a chime or other sound indicating they have been recorded or are recorded. Yes, I get the notification on the app, but I'd like a notification for the visitor.
