Notification and time issue

Hi there. Hoping someone can help. I have 2 issues.

  1. The time on live view is incorrect. It us 1 hour ahead. No vpn. App updated. Time on everything else like history is fine.

  2. I had no ring notification on android at 7am. Normally i do and i have since. There is no ‘do not disturb,’ setting enabled.

Hi @user65838. For your first concern, try the steps mentioned in the solution in this Community post. As for your second concern, you also want to make sure your permissions for your notifications from the Ring app have not changed in your phone settings. Hi there. The address fix seems to have fixed the time issue. As for the notification, I will keep an eye on this. generally I get them. Thanks.
