Not getting live notification when movement or doorbell rings to my iPhone?

Hi I’m not getting any love notifications anymore on my iPhone when either someone rings the doorbell or there’s movement.
All my app settings are correct, I’m wondering if I need to upgrade to the protect plus plan, even though I used to have on my basic?
I’ve tried everything, going nuts!

Hi @Ariyan3791. If you have Motion and Ring Alerts on in the Ring app, you should receive a push notification when motion is detected or when someone rings the Doorbell. A Ring Protect plan is not required for push notifications. Check your phone’s notification settings to ensure the Ring app has permission to send notifications as well. If you’re asking about Rich Notifications, which send a snapshot image with your notification, these do require a Ring Protect plan.
