Why do you not recognise my mobile number for the set up?

In most cases the 10 digits should be sufficient. If your number, area code, or region uses more numbers than this, try only including the most important first 10 digits. Try also different variations of your number (i.e. without the dashes or without the area code). If your mobile phone number will not save and continue with registering in the Ring app, our support team can help further.
