Non-delivery of purchased product

Over Labor Day holiday 2021, I purchased 6-piece Ring Unit to supplement my existing Ring home system. I paid for product in full via Amazon Pay. I received the products piece meal, across a couple of different days. I am lacking delivery of 3-remaining products. I spoke with customer service on 09-13-2021. The told me remaining product were, “in the mail.” They promised to send me confirmation email, but it was never received. On 09-16-2021, I spoke with customer service via phone. The rep took a lot of information from me and promised follow-up in 2-business day. However, yet to receive a reply to my inquiry. I check in via my Ring account day, thinking perhaps some kind of update or notice to my account. I discovered that my entire 3-year Ring history of product purchases, including that of 09-06-2021 has been deleted.

Not sure how to proceed. Customer service, put kindly, is less than reliable. I have paid for the product, but can’t get anybody at Ring to advise me why it has not or cannot be delivered. Order #: 001-3236381.
