My doorbell is fully charged however when I press the orange light, it does not spin. It did go completely flat, and it is more fully charged. I’ve tried re starting wifi but it’s still not spinning after scanning barcode. Can somebody please help? Thanks
Hi @Toola! If the battery has been fully charged on your Ring device and it is still not completing a setup or fully operational, I recommend performing a reset. Please hold the setup button down for 20 seconds, release, and attempt another setup in the Ring app.
