No Receipt for purchase

I’m amazed that a receipt isn’t sent out as a matter of course for purchase and renewals!
Clearly others have had issues in trying to confirm a purchase as all bone fide businesses would, yet Ring does not do so!!!
Please change your policy so at least customers can legally prove a purchase has been made when doing our own accounts.
Such a feature should readily be available in the App.
All other companies manage this perfectly well, but not Ring!!!
An unbelievable flaw in what is supposed to be a professional company!!!

Same problem for me. Nothing shows under the account status, payments, or orders.

Hi neighbors. If you have checked your order history page on your Ring account and cannot find your order, please give our support team a call for further assistance. We cannot help with this in the Community since we do not have access to account or order information.
