No QR code or barcode! Help!

Hi, we have had our ring doorbell for about 4 years. Today we tried to reconnect it to our new wifi. We went through the app and it says to scan the QR code. We pulled the ring off the wall but no QR code or any other code for us to type in. We purchased it so long ago we don’t have the box. How do we set it up without any code?
