As of last night circa 8pm we have had no notifications come through at all and no live view available either. Device health suggests all is fine with door bell and WiFi is good too! Had delivery and chime did not sound either (and obviously had no motion notification either.) is this doorbell broke after two weeks!?!?
I have exactly the same ring 2 weeks old, showing online, WiFi fine no notifications and can’t get live view ?
Hi neighbors! Try uninstalling the Ring App, restarting your phone, and reinstalling the Ring App. If that doesn’t work, I’d recommend resetting the Doorbell and taking it through a new setup in the Ring App. You can reset it by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that’s complete, set it back up in the Ring App with the steps under Set Up a Device.
