No notifications / motions, alarms

Can someone help. I was getting notifications, now am not, I’ve not changed anything, and everything is the same. I’ve unstalled and installed again. I’m not getting anything. Not even when someone rings the door bell. Can someone help? It’s been like this for weeks now. It’s also full battery

Hi @Tholland1. Make sure you have the latest version of the Ring app installed on your phone, and check that you have motion and ring alerts toggled on for your Doorbell. Then, try the notification troubleshooting steps here if you have an Android phone, or the steps here if you have an iOS device.

Hi. I have nearly similsr problem: one of two doorbell2’s functions Ok, and the other one is recording events and generating ring alerts, but is not generating motion alerts (even the motions are recorded). Tried on 2 different Androids and 2 different mac devices, all same. Tried different wifi network, same. Did rebooting. reconnecting, firmware updating etc, no improvement… Two days ago it was Ok! Whatvto do,? My country is not listed on phone numbers list. Thanks
