Hoping someone can help!
After over a year of my doorbell working fine, for the last week I have had zero notifications coming through onto my iPhone.
When I open the ring app, things have recorded in the recent activity… but yet I’m not getting any alerts?
I have done everything!
Checked notification settings on both iPhone and ring app. Turned phone on and off. Reset doorbell. Reset WiFi settings. Deleted and reinstalled app. Etc etc.
giving up hope currently !
