Since 8/2/21 I have not received any motion alerts even standing in front of ring. I can still go to live and it works fine. But no motion no recording. Event history has nothing since 8/1/21. I have checked all my settings and even maxed the sensitivity.
Is it actually showing the device is online? How is the RSSI signal? Have you tried exiting the app and making sure you have the latest iOS and Ring app?
