I have no live view away from home. Very aggravating. I read it may be because ‘data saver’ is on but Where do I find data saver? I can’t find it on the Ring app or my iPhone 6s+ settings.
Hi @Jeannie1! If this option is available on your phone it will be located in your mobile device settings, and cellular settings. Check out this article from apple support which refers to this as Low Data Mode. I recommend also removing and reinstalling the Ring app, as well as ensuring VPN and bluetooth is disabled.
