No Live view when connected to solar panel

Recently connected a solar panel to my Ring Stick Up Cam Solar (3rd Gen) but it will no longer show a Live View from the camera. The battery is still fully charge & in the camera & the camera has been reset after connecting to the solar panel. Any suggestions? ![IMG_5338|230x500](upload://wqm6Un6WZqUenb198qHzQss0mez.png)

If resetting the Camera and verifying the battery is fully charged did not help, the next best step for this type of concern is to reach out to our support team to further investigate. Ditto! Granted it’s a 3rd party solar panel, but Amazon said it’s fully compatible with the device. I unplugged the solar panel, and instantly live view cam back.
Not sure how the device would know that it’s not a Ring solar panel, but I guess there you go.
