Just like the title suggests. I can only view live video if my phone is connected to wifi on the same network as my cameras. If I am on ANY OTHER wifi network, the connection fails. If I switch to cellular service (hopefully the signal is strong enough) I can bring up the live video feed. As soon as I switch back on wifi, the video loses connection. It has been doing this for months. Why?
