No light or response from plug in chime

Hi all, my ring chime, the plug in bit, has stopped responding and has no light on it.
I can’t find any info really as to how to fix it.
You can’t reset as it’s non responsive.
The ‘RING’ word which is usually blue has nothing.
I wondered if a fuse had blown but how do I get to that if it’s that?

There isn’t too much troubleshooting that can be done if the Chime is not responding to a reset, which can be completed by holding down the button on the side for at least 15 seconds. I’d also recommend plugging it into a different outlet. If the Chime is still unresponsive, please follow up with our support team at one of the numbers available here.
