No emails ?

I’m not receiving emails now to tell me my battery is low on my doorbell. This means that people are at my door but the bell isn’t working and I can’t see who is there. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks.

Hey @Doglovet. How low are your batteries levels getting? We have revamped our low battery notifications to be via the Ring app whenever your device is under 30%, which you can learn more about in our Ring Help Center Article here.
