No audio from the Ring Elite on Echo Show (App works fine)

I have a recently purchased Ring Doorbell Elite, and an Echo Show 5 (3rd Gen) to see and respond when the doorbell is rung.

The account creation, set up and Ring Skill setup has gone without issue. The Echo Show alerts when the Ring is pressed, and I can see video fine. The person at the door can hear me, but I cannot hear any audio from the Ring doorbell.

This only happens when answering from the Echo. The Ring app works fine, and I can even ask Alexa to show me the front door and can hear the external audio perfectly.

It only when someone rings the bell, and I answer it on the Echo, that I cannot hear the outside audio.

I have removed and re-added the skill several times, along with a number of reboots of both devices.

I can’t find anything online with this exact issue.

Hi @user48794. Have you checked the volume on your Echo Show to ensure it is turned up? Have you tested the audio using a different app or skill on your Echo Show?
