Bought 2 wireless camera’s to record particularly foxes during night time, as I have a dog, but camera is not picking up on them, caught one in the garden and checked camera nothing on there, can you help please

If your Camera is not picking up motion correctly, I would recommend trying the following steps: - Increase your Cameras [Motion Sensitivity and edit your Motion Zones](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022461232) to make sure they cover the full area you want. - If your Camera is battery-operated, change its [Motion Frequency](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003477106-Optimizing-Motion-Alerts-with-Motion-Frequency) to Frequent. - Enable [Smart Alerts](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360032947972-Refining-Your-Motion-Alerts-for-People-and-Other-Motions) and make sure to turn on record and alert for Other Motion or disable Smart Alerts to see if it helps. - Placement is key as well; if possible, try relocating your Camera in a different area and making sure it is at least 8–9 feet from ground up If these steps do not help, reach out to our support team for further assistance.
