Night vision on wired doorbell

Just set up wired door bell. All good during the day,but not at night . I dont seem to have night vision , no adjustment is available in video settings. Have removed the doorbell and reinstalled it, same options again, nothing about night vision.

Hi @user45124. Night Vision for your Video Doorbell Wired is automatically enabled, and there is no setting to toggle it on or off. Try giving your Doorbell a reboot from the Ring app to see if that helps. If that doesn’t help, factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi.
