Night Vision - Lines on video

My Video Doorbell (2nd generation) has developed a problem with night vision. It gives scrolling white lines.

Any way to fix it?

I have just started getting the same problem. Only occurs at night.

Same for me. Major interference on the screen on night vision only. Has only just started happening. Can’t see anything clearly, so makes it pretty useless at night.


I rang customer service about my doorbell. They accessed my doorbell remotely and found that there was a video processor fault in the doorbell. As it is still under warranty they said they would replace it but as the Video Doorbell 2 is no longer produced they will replace it with a Doorbell 3. Excellent customer service!
