Night mode camera lines

Can anyone give me any pointers on what this might be caused by? The network signal is solid and the battery fully charged.

@JTAYLOR123 Does this only happen at night and is this a brand new or an existing doorbell? If only at night it could be something to do with the IR filter. I think you best bet is to contact Ring support via phone.


Mines been doing this for months. It’s only late at night :confused:

You can try to resolve this concern by resetting your Ring Doorbell completely and setting it back up in the Ring App. To reset the Doorbell, hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, walk through a new setup in the Ring App using the steps under Set Up a Device. The last week I’ve had exactly the same problem :frowning:

Pretty sure I carried out a hard reset which seemed to work one or two nights but the problem appears to have come back up.
