Night images and white spots

Hi all,
I’ve had my ring doorbell for a year now and only just getting round to posting this. At night time with night vision or with normal vision and outside light on I get soooo many white dots on my view that it’s useless!!! I’ve cleaned the lens and there is no water on it that I can see, anyone one else had this? Or know how to fix it?

Hi @Spotrock. It looks like it is the lens that has some sort of debris or damage. If wiping the lens clean with a soft cloth did not help, reach out to our support team for further assistance. Give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
